Returns

We guarantee your total satisfaction with the products you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with any product it may be returned within 7 days of order and you will be issued with a credit note to the value of the purchase price. The product must be in its original condition with all tags attached and include all original packaging materials. We are unable to credit damaged or used items. We are not accountable for minor color differences, design differences or minor size variations on the site, as this is not a Head Space Stores error and will not result in a refund of the original or return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are at your own expense, except in instances of Head Space Stores error. We will not accept liability for any items lost on their way back to us without proof of delivery.

Loyalty Points

For every purchase you make online, points are added to your account for you to redeem against future online purchases. For every £1 you spend you receive 1 point. (1 point equals £0.01) Points are available to be used 1 day after payment is received and expire after 365 days.
